Review on 🔧 Cooler Master i30 CPU Cooler - 92mm Low Noise Cooling Fan & Heatsink (RH-I30-26FK-R1) - for Intel Socket LGA 1150 / 1151 / 1155 / 1156 (i30) by Bob Larson

I bought this cooler to use with a 10th Gen Intel Pentium processor. For anyone interested, this cooler is compatible with LGA 1200 socket. The quality of the cooler is amazing for the price. I see some reviews calling the metal material "cheap" and I disagree. The metal material is more than acceptable and not flimsy at all. I ran a stress test with my CPU at 100% load for 20 minutes and the CPU didn't exceed 35c. The processor is idle between 25-28c. The stress test results are exceptional. However, in my case there is excellent airflow with 3 high performance Corsair fans. I wiped off the pre-applied thermal paste and replaced it with Noctua thermal paste. I was able to do the same stress test with standard paste. The thermal was 10 degrees higher with standard paste. 35s idle and 45s under full load. I definitely recommend getting rid of the stem paste and using something better. I can't comment on the performance of this cooler on a high end processor like Core i7. However, for less powerful processors, this is an excellent cooler.
