Exactly as described. Appears to be of good quality. But, as always, remember that this won't hold more than a cord or two. It is not designed to store a large package. I have an RCA subwoofer wire and two standard size 16 gauge speaker wires that go through this cover and it packs solid. I couldn't fit a human hair next to the existing cables. Also, glue is generally useless. I fully expected this beforehand (and you should too) so I won't be scolding the product in that aspect.
