Easy to use for school kitchen

Easy to use for school kitchen to record the temperature of hot and cold food, including the temperature of frozen food. I bought it for personal use as we only had old non-digital thermometers at school. My only complaint is that it's difficult to turn off, I just turn it off automatically after 5 minutes.

Pros
