Very efficient cooler for powerful processors like the Threadripper 3970X

Since the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X is the main source of power and heat, I needed an efficient way to cool this CPU beast, which I also didn't take plenty of space around the CPU to facilitate future upgrades. Installing a heatsink/fan was too cumbersome and impractical, so I looked into liquid cooling. I have the largest that I could fit in my case. When I got it I started figuring out how to install it. It came with a decent instruction manual, but without clear instructions on which direction to face the fans once installed, as they appeared to be able to move in any direction. Since this is an exhaust fan of sorts, blowing air out of the case instead of in, I wanted to make sure the fans were installed correctly. I spent several hours learning how to orient the fan so that it can serve as an exhaust fan. Slightly offset holes or direction arrows on the fan (and some logic) would be nice. Other than that, the rest of the installation process was pretty easy. In terms of CPU temperatures, my 3970X hovered around 80°C when running my automation programs under full load with all 64 threads in my typical 25°C ambient temperature. The highest temperature I've seen is 85°C, but that was mainly because my room was unusually warm (ambient temp around 28°C). This at a clock frequency of 3.8 GHz. As for the noise level, I can barely hear it with the air conditioning and music off, no other background noise. Seems to be around 15dB at 1 meter at full load. Overall, this closed circuit liquid cooling system is very good and has not let me down. I've been using it for about 4 months now and my 3970X is often used where liquid cooling is useful. When I brought the rest of my RAM up to 256GB total, installation was quick and easy as the space is very open, unlike a heatsink/fan setup.
