I bought a Klein Tools screwdriver to replace a cheap screwdriver I've been using for over 10 years. Surprisingly, the famous Klein tool broke down after only 3 uses, but unfortunately after the one month Revain return period. Klein Tools wants me to spend my time and money sending their junk product back to them for a warranty replacement! This agreement puts Klein Tools on the same footing as a low-cost, unbranded company. to produce inferior products but at a higher price.
