I am very happy with it. I must have used it daily for almost 3 weeks. I've been agitating the bowls every 2-3 hours to improve heat distribution, and for really watery foods like pineapple, I've also been agitating the pineapple chunks themselves after about 8 hours. But by and large, this is a "set it and forget it” type device. I've made a number of trail and feed mixes with just the addition of water and it turned out exactly how I wanted it! The heating is adjustable, there is a timer, in general everything is simple and does its job well. I've never stuck anything to the trays that wouldn't come off with a light scrubbing with a sponge and dish soap. Absolutely to recommend.
