Great device - learning and behavioral aids
I have a 50# Staffie (Luttle Pitbull) and she is very muscular. My wife bought this thing and I thought it wouldn't hold her up, I don't care if it says 1000# or not. Well I got it, still laughing about it until I used my impact tool to drive the bolts into the ground. Hooked a 30ft leash and hooked a puppy (she is 6 years old). Suffice it to say that she saw something interesting, ran and stopped at a height of 30 feet. This thing didn't even move! The puppy is doing well and hasn't done it a second time.
