I really like these shoes, they fit perfectly and are very easy to walk on. They don't provide much ankle support, but they certainly provide arch support. The quality is around 3/5, mainly because you can feel the air in front of your toes through the shoes in windy weather. It's like your toes are tearing through the front when you walk hard or try to walk or exercise. These shoes are good in that you will have to buy them more than once as they may not last long (years after years) but are pleasant to have due to the benefits so they offset the cost. They are very easy to attach up or down. I love her. Will definitely buy again.
