I am 5'4" tall and weigh about 120 lbs. I ordered a Wednesday and they fit well enough. These are traditional muay thai shorts, which means you wear them high on your waist personally I always prefer to fold the strip of the shorts down so they sit lower on the hips but the strip is stiff so these shorts were uncomfortable I had Thai shorts However for the price and design they are a good pair of training shorts especially if you are just starting out.
