I really love this laptop. I did a lot of research and discussion for a month before specifically purchasing the HP model with 16GB RAM and 128GB [up to 2.8 hours]. It's fast, sooooo easy [I work remotely] and meets all my company's needs as a consultant/freelancer. I wanted a solid business laptop with good battery life and good memory loading potential. I got it. I used the USB to transfer some stuff from my desktop to my laptop and everything was set up for me within 15 minutes. Cortana's voice guide for setup was great, and I also bought a cheap USB wired mouse that works well. The quality of the camera is excellent, everything works smoothly. At $399 this was an amazing purchase. It has made my business much smoother and more efficient!
