I received the computer and the box says "Windows 10 S" which is funny because I chose that on purpose because it wasn't in S mode. Came back and looked at product details and such but it's not there either. I don't know if this computer is still worth it, but it's no good when you start being lied to.

I bought this computer to use for my business and I really wanted a touch screen computer just because it doesn't have a mouse and the description said it was a touch screen but it's not a touch screen. The computer works well, the battery life is really good, your picture is good, it's clear, it's a good size, it's light, but I just feel like I've been tricked into believing I'm getting a feature and it's not there. I'm not a techie. I mainly use this for video streaming and web browsing. Both work great, just not at the same time. When I play a video in one window and then open a second one to do something online, the video starts lagging and all pages load slowly. I also use it sometimes to play Minecraft with my kid, but I get downloaded from the server quite often. My work computer is right next to it and I've never had any trouble connecting to this computer.

Ultra light. Good for traveling with a laptop. Would have liked a faster processor but it added more to the price than I was willing to pay. This laptop is great for the price, works great and serves my purpose of staying in touch and occasionally writing/saving documents.

To be honest this is my first laptop purchase and I know nothing about computers. Other than that, the installation was dummy (me) and easy. There is no touchscreen, the speakers are also okay. What I like is that the keyboard has big keys and a big screen. It's also very light. The battery lasts a long time. I haven't charged it in the last 7 days with moderate usage. If you have technical questions, ask someone else, but for a first home computer or student I think it's great.

There is nothing special about this computer, it is quite small, the keyboard is hard to type and feels weird. I was in dire need of something for my business, but I encourage you to take a closer look before settling on this computer. Nice color, good storage.
