I used to order rolls but the ones that came were too big so I had to send them back and reorder. Luckily, the return process was very easy as all I had to do was obtain a return authorization and send it to Kohls. However, keep in mind that determining the correct wheel size is not easy. You need to know if the casters to be swapped are double or single casters, if they have locks and the exact (partial) size of the wheels. Make sure you are measuring the wheel itself and not the outer casing of the wheel. Next you need to provide the length and diameter of the rod which is the metal post that will fit into your table/chair leg etc. This is not as easy as it might seem as there are so many different sizes and types of poles. With me, the rods of the old rollers are inserted directly into the wooden legs of the table without inserts. The new wheels came with metal inserts designed to fit into holes in the leg of the item being repaired to receive the roller shaft. The new wheels were the correct wheel diameter, but the legs had a slightly larger head so they didn't fit into the pre-existing holes in the table legs. In order for the casters to work on my desk, I had to re-drill the existing holes with a slightly larger diameter to fit the metal inserts that came with the casters. I then carefully inserted them into the enlarged holes and then inserted each wheel. The wheels are working well so far, but I'm concerned that the legs might eventually come apart due to the enlarged holes. Bottom line, the rollers work, but it took some effort and a bit of luck to get the foot size big enough to accommodate the insoles.
