Uneven heating. Bigly in Kitchen & Dining
I really wanted to like this affordable, easy to store and large pan. Uneven heat distribution was a deal breaker. Most of time. How Presto could even put such an inconsistent thermal product on the market is beyond me. I saw a temperature difference of 100 degrees Fahrenheit comparing the spiral to the center of the pan. This was visible on the pancakes with brown lines. Switched to Jojirushi Pan. Big improvement.
