I gave 5 stars because the bag itself is of good quality. But my bag was locked and I couldn't open it. The direction is written on all zeros, but we couldn't open it. The metal tabs broke when pulled. It would be a good bag. So I have no money and a bag. But the bag is worth the money. I know you're saying how can I say that when I haven't used the bag. Well my daughter bought the same bag and it works great, she loves the quality and she says it has lots of space. She also states that the bag contains legal-size paper. If I had more money I would buy this bag again. I didn't send the bag back because I pulled on the metal tabs and broke them. Just in case you want to know why I didn't send the bag back.
