This sandpaper is of good quality and should give your sanding project that finishing touch. I mainly use it for the nails. I play and teach classical guitar, and the shape of the nails and the smoothness of the edges are critical to tonal control and quality. But sandpaper is used for many purposes, and if you want a fine grit that seems to last a while before wearing out, you might be fine with that. In terms of use on nails, it does a great job of smoothing out the edges after trimming so they don't get accidentally scratched. I prefer to use it than memory boards. It also does a good job of smoothing nails with waves on the tips, making them smooth and ready for buffing.
