Review on Seafolly Women's Hipster Swimsuit with Ample Coverage - Women's Clothing - Swimsuits & Cover Ups by Zack Higgins

Two or three sizes smaller. Strange stuff. Extremely minimal coverage.

read all reviews before buying! Other reviews are correct, it runs at least two sizes smaller, or even three or even four! We ordered sizes 4, 6 and 8. Size 6 was definitely smaller than XS, like a kid's size. 8 can be size XS. One reviewer said she was a size 0 and had to buy a size 8, another reviewer said she was a size 2 and 8 was too small, and another said she was a size 3 and a size 12 was still too tight. Maybe the sizes are different in Australia? Or maybe the factory making them made a mistake and gave them the wrong labels? I've noticed that older reviews don't mention this sizing issue, but all the newer reviews do. This suit also has extremely minimal front and back coverage like a Brazilian swimsuit, almost like a thong. The picture doesn't show it at all! Maybe because the model has no back? We also have to mention that the fabric is also an odd weave material with a fibrous texture and not smooth like swimwear material. Like cotton. We wet it and it holds water like a wet towel and becomes very heavy. I'm not sure why they would do it for a bathing suit. It seems like it will get too heavy and want to fall off you when it gets wet. Maybe that's why it has to be so tight and embedded? we are confused But unless you're quite small and want minimal coverage, we wouldn't recommend this suit.
