The Neewer CN-LUX360 comes with an adjustable hot shoe mount or tripod screw. Brightness control/on/off allows you to easily adjust the light output. For me, the dimmer would be more accessible either from the front or from the top. I only gave it four stars because there is no external power connection. I use it where I need some fill light. I wouldn't expect it to be the main light source. UPDATE - I keep these compact LED video lights on light stands and always seem to forget to turn them off which wastes batteries. To solve this problem, I soldered a USB pigtailed cable available from Revain to each battery terminal on the flashlight and notched the battery cover. Works great with USB power adapter.
