In contrast to the same 14-24 and 70-200, this lens is still more suitable for amateur photography than professional photography. And mostly for those individuals who take pride in their ability to awe others and even occasionally "customers." Yet, the issue is not with the quality of their work but rather the size of the lens. But why do you suppose there are no zooms at all in actual professional photography. Why doesn't Nikon, Canon, and everyone else shoot advertisements promoting their miraculous zooms using the same 24-70 focal length range? Others may contend that advertising is one thing and reporting is another. But look at the same wedding images done at 20mm + 50mm + 85mm, and taken at 24-70 and form your own conclusion. Your mother should argue the point that there is a possibility that you will not have enough time to grab any shots at the wedding. Because they have practiced the entire storyboard in advance, none of the professionals who attend a wedding bother to take still photographs during the event. This is not a discussion about staged photographs, which account for 99 percent of the portfolio. At worst, get a D700 with this money so as not to change lenses, but to have multiple ready-made kits in advance. The only person who would recommend purchasing a crop lens, which is, in most cases, unnecessary for full-frame cameras, is a complete sucker for marketing. Even little may be said regarding this topic. It is very evident that the desire to take pictures of people, landscapes, or streets is not the motivation behind all of these purchases. But rather, from lust, block the focus lengths from and to. Thus that the size would be larger, it would weigh more, and the price would be higher. In theory, the lens can fulfill all of these needs to the extent of 146%. Those of you who were hoping that it would possess precisely these traits may rest certain that you won't be let down by purchasing it; you won't find anything lacking in it. The remainder might be worth thinking about in terms of what it means for you. In general, I hope that my review will be of some value, even if just a little bit, and that there will be further stunning photographs)
