UPDATE: I'm updating my review but leaving my original review below. It's so weird but at first I hated it and my hair was dry and stringy like after the first TWO uses. Since the return period has passed I decided to give it another try before throwing it away as I spent so much on it. and suddenly my hair looked good. What on earth?! I tried again a week later and the same. It's not magic, but my hair is softer than usual and less frizzy. First I gave 1 star now I'm switching to 4. It doesn't help with the shine but my hair is coarse and that can be just impossible. But it was a lot easier to manage than most other conditioners I've tried. I will probably buy again. I read the rave reviews so I decided to give this stuff a try. It was a total waste of almost $30! I am so angry! I waited a month to try it, otherwise I would have returned it. The return period has already expired. This is bullshit so don't waste your time or money. I have chunky, medium highlights so I'm always looking for something that will soften and moisturize my hair a bit. This product has left my hair dry, dry, dry! I needed something with moisture right after using this stuff. After 2 days I use the $1 Suave Conditioner and my hair looks so much better. I decided to give it a try and give it another try just in case I was having a bad day with my hair. I tried after 2 weeks. just as bad as the first time. Curly, dry hair was like straw.
