About 20 years ago I bought a dining set and after years of bullying my kids my daughter decided to restore it. Why the table was easy to strip and repaint the chairs because all the spindles were a nightmare so we decided to throw them away and buy new unfinished chairs. She managed to stay the same color as the table and they look like they were made for the table. Very durable, comfortable and the great thing about them is like they are grandkids. I still pay for them or color them with markers, my daughter has to re-grind and restore them.
