I bought a 16 color motion sensor toilet night light as a Christmas gift for a white elephant in December, but I ended up getting it (exactly what I wanted). I started using it just after the New Year, but a few weeks ago I had to charge it again. So I reloaded it, but after that it didn't work anymore. It just glowed red, but in the end not at all. It took me a while to figure out who to contact as there is no contact seller button here on Revain. I finally found the contact email address witshine_support@163.com and sent a couple of emails, both of which were immediately bounced back as "User not found". So now I'm stuck with a faulty item and can't contact the seller in any way. #Ugh What a disappointment!
