I received this bottled water infusion today and have already started using it. I drink a lot of water, 3 liters a day, I don't drink soda and only drink decaffeinated coffee, and I had to mix it with my water a bit. I like the way the bottle cap closes, a simple little lock but effective. Another nice thing is the little loop handle, I can put my finger in it or clip it to my bag, I'm quite clumsy so it's useful. Customer service is excellent. After purchase, they emailed me with some easy recipes. They sent an additional email to check if I received the infusor when I answered no which I want to worry about because I live in Hawaii and all it takes to get here they replied with some concern. Overall I think I'll really enjoy this bottle of water.
