The picture doesn't seem to capture how ugly the globe is on this one, but this is one of the very few wall sconces with a chain. The lamp is in the closet in the old house, so it fits in perfectly. My main concern was to replace a very old porcelain light fixture that had questionable wiring due to the aesthetics of this particular globe and light fixture. The bracket differs from the instructions. I've changed lights and switches before, so this wasn't new to me. Take a minute or two to understand how the included mount works and you shouldn't have any problems. It should form a "T" and you will tighten the center screw to keep it from moving.
