The kit is complete but note that the inserts are not very long. You can order longer inserts online if you really need them for things like head bolts or spark plugs. I've compromised on 4 stars as I didn't need to use this particular kit after all and the rating reflects my use of the products in the somewhat distant past. I work on some older cars and unfortunately many mechanics don't use torque wrenches.
