The only thing I regret about the purchase is that I DID NOT RECEIVE them 8 months ago (!) when I first bought my drum kit. It's damn cool. If you want your drums to sound professional, this is the Sound Good Sauce you've been waiting for. If you're a beginner like me, here are 3 things you need to do to get your drums sounding professional: 1) buy good quality heads for each drum, 2) go to YouTube and learn how to tune them, and 3) buy these things and put them on top. My god it was so annoying. I had to open the packaging, pull out the ring and put it on the drum. I almost broke my nail! Jokes aside, this is the cheapest, quickest, and easiest way to get a GREAT sounding rig. Experienced drummers may have their favorite methods (tape, gels, socks, etc.), but they don't require any knowledge or effort to achieve a professional sound. Do not believe me? Do a before and after test for each drum and you will be amazed! By the way, I don't necessarily think Evans' rings are better than those of others. But they were the cheapest and they were absolutely amazing. Buy these - you won't regret it. They're so cheap that you might want to buy two in case one gets lost. You are so good.
