Update: The manufacturer contacted me and said they had changed the design of the button and a sample Sent from recycled collar to replace my broken one(s). The new on/off button design is completely different and has supports built into the body so the button rests on them rather than the circuitry. There are other areas within the hull that have been reinforced for added strength. I've been using these collars every night for a few months now and they work great!
