Review on iSpring ED2000 Electronic Water Descaler & Conditioner by Andrew Cramer

(updated to process 1 month and 3 month claims) I live in a very small house that doesn't have room for an entire house with Water softener is so I decided to give this remedy a try. scale. I placed it on my PEX pipe just before it branched out in various places, all within 50 feet, maybe within 30 feet. Installation was easy as others have mentioned. The hardest part was laying it in a small underground while wrapping the wires around the pipe. Day 1: More foam. This is the first time I've seen foam since I moved here and that was on the first shower after installation. At that moment I knew the descaler was working. Week 1: descaling the water heater and plumbing. My water heater is only a year old but it has lost its ability to maintain hot water. A week later, this problem was completely solved. No more warm shower. Week 2: descaling faucets and shower heads. My faucets no longer form stalactites and my sink drains are no longer covered in white crust. 1 month: water heats up less time; Less buildup on showerheads, pipes and faucets - I see a noticeable reduction in buildup on my showerhead and faucets and I didn't have to clean them more than a general cleaning, no more scraping off the crust. I've also seen a fair amount of scale coming out of the faucets (I remove and check monthly, with the first month resulting in large chunks of scale). 3 months (I only do it after 2 months since these problems are already solved): the disappearance of limescale on shower heads; Flaky crusts in toilets are significantly reduced and new crusts should not form - True on both statements. The most surprising thing was the complete disappearance of the scale crust in the toilet, which has been irritating to me since living here. Now it looks like new and just needs regular cleaning. I am very pleased and surprised by such a simple solution. This product solved several problems I had with hard water. With no space to install a water softener, this little device saved the day.
