We had the original coffee grinder and the only problem was that one of us hadn't read the instructions that came with it and had overfilled the machine. I contacted the company and they were very nice and sent us the updated version which we received this week. It's easier to use, and since we've read and followed the instructions, we now have a salt shaker that just works and doesn't require a lot of thumb pressure to activate. One-handed work is a must, and now we can do it. I have nothing but praise for the excellent customer service provided by Maria and Lauren at Grind Gourmet. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
