I have been a Sonos customer and fan for many years. This year it all stopped. I bought this Sonos amp and of course a few days after the warranty expired the unit won't turn on. Customer service won't fix, tells me to buy a new unit at cost. The whole idea of paying extra for Sonos devices when Google/Revain are selling the same thing for a fraction of the cost makes a lot less sense.
