The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Good model, worth the money. The only slight difficulty arose during assembly - holes for mounting bolts were pre-made in the skin of the back, but they are noticeably smaller than the diameter of the bolt. When you try to insert a bolt, the painted metal practically does not slide on the skin. If you apply force, the skin will not stretch, but will tear and may then continue to diverge further. After the first attempt, I said to myself: "boy, this is her first time, be gentle!" - went to the bedroom for a tube of water-soluble lubricant, and all 4 bolts easily expanded the skin and entered into place.

Pros

High-quality, durable materials, pleasant to the touch and look. Packed very securely, nothing will be damaged or scratched in transit. Instruction - color booklet with photos of each microstep. Assembly is simple, an adult of any size can handle it. Sitting comfortably, the material breathes and has a comfortable shape. What is very important - nothing creaks or clicks anywhere (especially if you release the swing fixation lever and use the swing stiffness screw instead). The rollers are metal, with a soft synthetic surface - they ride absolutely silently and will not leave a "rut" on the laminate over time.

Cons

Personally, I have not yet liked sitting with the support pillows installed under the lower back and neck. They are solid, with easy fastening. It's just that I (so far) feel uncomfortable with them. Perhaps it's just unusual - they were not on the previous noname chair.

Its pros: Quality materials, no backlash, no creaks. It rolls smoothly on the floor, does not make noise when landing and getting up. Easy assembly, anyone can figure it out. Cons below: Until I noticed. The only pity is that there are no rotatable armrests.
