. This loosens the brake dust and then you have to sponge and rinse. Therefore only three stars. It's unlike most other cleaners I've used in the past, including Griot's Garage Wheel Cleaner. I should mention that Griot's Speed Shine does the same. My Porsches leave a lot of dust on the front wheels so I try to keep up with cleaning. I haven't found a single product that you can just spray on and hose off. Hence the 3 stars. Regardless of what I've used in the past, I still need a brush and water hose. So thinking that you can just spray and rinse isn't going to work.
