Serving and sauce spoon for chef's knife set.

These spoons are a real must-have for cooking students. I recently bought 12 of these spoons and was able to use them in a knife set for things like serving and sauces. When I showed it to my chef, he went and bought 1,000 for the school he teaches. I like the weight and size of the spoon. It's durable and gets the job done. A great addition to any chef's knife set.
