I got this and while i do love it trying to put it together was a nightmare. Putting the frame together was easy then you put the basket on the rail that attaches to the desk or shelf it will go on using two screws so that when it is pulled open the basket doesn't fall off the track. That is where the problem came in, now the two screws for the left sides went in with little or no problem and the two on the right just refused to go in correctly and something that should have taken maybe 5 minutes ended up taking at least 30 because i kept having to remove he screws on the right side because it wouldn't line up correctly. Honestly by the end i just said screw it and didn't even put the screws in the right side at all. I don't know if the hole was off center or what.
