Bad USB port - device cannot be charged
I definitely liked the product, especially for the price! The tablet is easy to use but the small instructions are terrible. The most critical problem is that the product does not last long on a charge. So I thought that maybe the short USB cable that came with the device wasn't working properly. Upon closer inspection, I found that the USB connector was bent and broken! Keep in mind that I ordered this product in the first week of January and was only able to fully charge the device once.
