My baby has been sleeping in this bag for several months now and I am writing this review in the hope that it will help other moms like me who are looking for a warm bag by reading hundreds of articles that other reviews emphasize too big holes in their throats and don't know what to choose. This bag is amazing! Our room is the coldest in the house, about 64 degrees overnight, and our little one could catch cold with the old bags she inherited from her siblings. I bought it from Medium and started giving it to her when she was about 8 months old. It's smaller and this bag has a really big neck opening so I wouldn't recommend it too far out of the recommended age range unless your child is very large. Since my daughter sleeps on her back I wasn't too concerned about her rolling out. If she slept on her stomach, I might be more careful. She also sleeps in our room so I'll keep an eye on her anyway. I wish the Baby DeeDee bags necks were smaller. I bought several bags from this brand and they all had this problem; However, none of my children had this problem. A bag of perfect thickness, warmth and softness! I wear a long-sleeved fleece bag underneath my pajamas because our daughter seems to like warmth. If it's warmer outside, long-sleeved pajamas underneath will suffice. I like that it's soft and snuggly. The zipper is very easy to use at night - no problem. Washes well and doesn't seem to shrink. I dry on low heat. I highly recommend this bag!
