I LOVE THIS cleaner! I got this as a gift for my mother in law as she can be quite clumsy when peeling vegetables and can cut her fingers but with the way this peeler is constructed the blades are surrounded I know she can will be able to peel safely. I've tried it myself several times with potatoes, radishes, cucumbers and carrots and it's very easy to use. There is a serrated blade on one side and a straight blade on the other, which is great for all types of vegetables. love love love! In the past I've had to have two different scissors with both blade types, but this is so handy. So you can easily flip it. There is also a swivel mechanism. I know this will come in handy when I'm peeling potatoes, since I usually peel them up and down I know it's weird. Just look at those thin slices! It peels off the skin instantly without worrying about peeling too much of the inside or too little of the skin. Removing the potato eyes from the pen tip is also very helpful. Very efficient. Highly recommended.
