I was concerned that if one of my girls took off that they would be without my contact info. They are both microchipped but that takes extra effort for someone to take a found animal to someplace to scan for a chip. They are good girls and have always stuck around but things happen. I wanted to get collars for my dogs with the basic information so if they somehow ran off that they would stand a good chance of being returned to me if they were picked up. These collars fit that bill. They are affordable at around $15 each for the large AND they are prettier than the solid color embroidered collars that are the most common. The fit is as expected. My mind is at ease with my girls wearing these collars. These would also be good if your dog looses their tags.
