The first one I broke after the 3rd use. It didn't work anymore. I contacted Revain and they quickly sent me a replacement. The second one I got actually seems to massage a bit more, leading me to suspect the first was never fully functional. I wouldn't have known if it hadn't broken. I have to admit I'm a little nervous about using a replacement now. We don't do anything other than sit down and put our feet in the massager, but it can actually create pressure inside the device and I'm not sure I think it's able to perform to its full potential. , It's just amazing. You can choose from three different modes and three different intensities - at maximum intensity it massages the forefoot with such increased pressure that you can blink with relief. Seriously, for the forefoot, this is incredible. However, my problem is that it never reaches that level in the parts of the foot that call for it. My feet have slightly high arches and the whole time I use this massager I long for it to bring such relief to my arches, but it doesn't. It teases the flat part of my foot and then teases the heel a bit. So yeah, starting with the ball of your foot forward, this might be the best foot massage I've ever had. I just really (REALLY) wish he could do the same for the rest of my legs. Coupled with the fact that I honestly don't think it won't break again, I don't feel safe giving this massager more than 4 stars. If it breaks again I will update the review.
