No, just no. It's not worth it.
got this to tone up my neck and shoulders. I bought a different kind before actually wanting to go back because I felt it worked too "deep" and almost caused muscle soreness. This one was harder too. When I found this magic wand massager I thought this has to be it! - Well, just don't. There's just no pressure and it's hard for me to hold on - not for me.
