Not fixed at the ankle/leg.

The idea behind this band is great but the execution is a bit tricky. It slips off the ankle and foot (maybe the rubber/latex should be a little stickier, like a yoga mat?). Eventually my daughter gets tired of playing around with it and stops using it. Instead, she started using a yoga strap because it has a buckle that keeps the strap in place better. Maybe she would have gotten used to it if she practiced, but very soon she got frustrated with it.
