Very poor warranty service from Brightech. (For now I will update my review accordingly once the warranty issue is resolved.) Please note that when you purchase an item through Brightech's Revain you only get a 3 year warranty, not a 5 year warranty on the Brightech website. I received my item in November 2016 and used it very little while moving not only the house but also the shop and all its contents to a new home as well as renovating and completely remodeling the shop. My biggest concern and concern is that the light head will not hold a horizontal position, it will fall off. I contacted Brightech by phone today and have received very poor service so far. From my documents (user manual and warranty information) it appears the item has a full five year warranty from date of purchase but as soon as I contacted bightech they told me this is incorrect (only three years when purchased through Revain) and that it is theirs Blame you put the wrong documents with my light. I bought it in good faith because this company wants to do the right/right thing and make sure this light works properly, but as of today all warranty issues are causing serious blood pressure issues and hassle issues!
