Blah. i wanted to love her They're simple, cheap, and come pre-assembled. Hooray! Hooray, until you realize your chosen shackles don't match the giant coil that holds the clasp to the cord. Then it's more like "$&%@%%$$" at which point you're trying to push it through, and the cheap clasp and chain are very easy to break. Even if my handrails were the right size, the clasp and chain are not very well made. Many of the chains arrived broken and could not be repaired. Remember you get what you pay for.
