Main Brush Error Code 5 (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Cabiclean contacted me after reading this review and sent me a new main brush free of charge. After testing everything works as it should. I appreciate customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm giving 2 stars because, like others, I have constant problems with the main brush: My vacuum cleaner gives me a horrible error code 5 about the main brush after a few minutes. to get stuck. Everything is fine in the visual inspection. Replacement parts generally appear to be of good quality, but Cabiclean's quality control system overlooks them. I've seen some contact responses in other reviews but they don't provide a way to do so. Hoping they come forward and get it right; otherwise I can't approve of it.
