Good quality. However, it is noticeably cheap on many levels. I like the way this fan looks, though. The description states that the blades are painted like wood, brown on one side and gray on the other. However, they are brown on both sides, one only has a vignette. The light is NOT dimmed. Every time you press the remote control there is a high pitched beep and for some reason it bothers me. I prefer it quiet. Now for the installation, the instructions are the worst I've seen. It's very hard to describe how bad they are, so I'll quote part of the wiring instructions. "Live wire of the lock of the hole for the flag. The control wall switch terminal blocks are "light lines" that interlock the blue line of the flag hole ceiling. Ceiling fan white neutral and phase neutral. Ceiling fans and yellow-green earth. Internet to find wiring solutions, you can install them. However, my 22 year old daughter helped collect the fan and got completely lost. The instructions don't even clearly state how to install the fan blades. This company makes several different fans and they all have the same instruction manual. This particular fan is not even in the instructions. I'm not saying don't buy it, but you have to understand what you're getting into.
