The flexibility in designing a specific form factor for customer requirements is great! They understand that all clients cannot be serviced with one solution. We have several customers so each project is different than our prior work together. I do not like how hard it is to track information across so many projects at once; some systems may make this easier but this has been difficult through multiple staff changes. I like that you can easily create your own offer. You can add images, videos or even links for example. It is very easy to use with great functionality! The only thing i dislike about this tool is that it seems a little bit slow sometimes. So far nothing really but maybe because of my internet connection speed. This software has helped me in creating new offers quickly without having to do all the work myself.
