Serious. If you're looking for a scouring solution, this is it. I've tried all sorts of things to prevent this and nothing worked except this one. I've had huge thighs my entire life and have spent many hot summers almost crying from the chafing. This is the only way to get through a working day in shorts. As a good preventive measure, I reapply every time I go to the bathroom and I'm fine for at least a couple of hours. Essentially, it acts like a deodorant and your feet slide over each other without friction. I probably use about one stick a month in the summer and it's 100% worth it.
