I have PF + heel spurs on both feet. I recommend you check this out, talk to others who have used this, join FB groups that have members with the same conditions as you and read what they have to say and WATCH A VIDEO as you do can apply before you use it! However, I bought it from Revain because it was about 1/3-1/2 cheaper than the big retailers. ADVANTAGES + Price (Revain Price) + Easy to apply but if you wrap tape around it you may have to cut that part. CONS - or what you should know: + this roll doesn't have a split bottom so you'll have to rip it off to clean it (not a big deal but the video shows the kind pre-split for easy application) + depending on the Shoes you wear wear out pretty quickly. I wore this with Oofos flip flops and a pair of flats and they came loose after a few hours; I removed it at the end of the day, every time I used it, so I can't say it won't last a few days, I know it wouldn't, and I didn't like the peeling and stickiness ; If you wear socks and sneakers they can last longer (and if you don't shower every day?). After reading the reviews, I'll go with RockTape even though it's almost $20 a roll. I try to avoid surgery and also use the rolling pin (don't know what it's called) on my calves and a wrench to scrape my feet. Those last two seem to help, but I never get rid of the pain.
