I love that it is so easy to create jobs in this system; they are very customizable as well when creating them from scratch or editing existing ones. It's simple but also has lots of options which makes things easier if needed (or not). Not much at all - just make sure everything looks good before publishing an ad because any errors can be easily fixed after posting by clicking "edit" next to each error listed under content tab once published online. This software really helps me keep track of my applicants' resumes without having tons of paper files around.
