I bought this because I was at a 1920's style after work party and just wanted something to throw over my work clothes. As soon as I received it I was so happy! The size is significant. I'm 5ft 3in and he fell to his knees. It's see through which is ok as it went over my black pants and top. Sequins, beads and fringes accompanied me on trips and parties. It looks very much like a costume so I couldn't imagine him wearing anything other than a themed party. It looks very dramatic but is incredibly simple. A great purchase if you don't want to spend $50 on a suit or want to add the finishing touch to your look. 10/10 would buy again.
