Review on Talenya by John Stowers

I love how quickly my profile pops up for search terms! Also like being able to create custom searches with filters using keywords or even people so you can narrow down your candidates pretty easily as well!! It's not perfect but it gets me what i need 99%+of times without having too many false positives (or negatives). Sometimes if they haven't updated an interviewee info field within 24hrs its no good because some have changed jobs etc.. But nothing major - just something worth noting depending upon who/what needs updating when sometimes this doesn’t happen right away which does get frustrating at time. We're looking forward to improvements such as adding fields from LinkedIn profiles into our system where we don'r currently do them ourselves now through Google Recruiter Pro vs using TALENYA.
